I’m Bina, a San Francisco–based product designer and problem solver.

AI Scorecard / Notetaker

Managed the entire design for AI Scorecard, a tool that automates interview notes and syncs with ATS. As Lead Product Designer, I set the design roadmap, interviewed 30+ recruiters, and created the final UI/UX to make the evaluation process faster and easier.

Scheduling Experience

Redesign of a scheduling link for mobile, focusing on adapting the scheduling experience for business professionals. As Lead Product Designer, I headed the end-to-end process—from heuristic evaluation and interviews with 21 users to delivering a modernized, mobile-optimized UI. (215 characters)

Meet

Led the end-to-end design and launch of Meet, a scheduling and productivity platform, growing it from a 0→1 concept to 74 corporate sign-ups within three months. As the sole product designer and strategist for two years, I expanded GoodTime beyond hiring automation into a broader B2B SaaS solution.

Company Self-Onboarding

Designed a self-serve company onboarding system for GoodTime to replace a manual, high-touch onboarding process. By enabling customers to independently configure complex setup tasks, the product reduced reliance on customer success teams and improved overall onboarding efficiency and scalability.
