GoodTime Meet is a scheduling platform that simplifies meeting coordination via shareable links. I redesigned the mobile experience to better serve business professionals by incorporating user feedback and modernizing outdated navigation, ensuring a seamless booking flow for both hosts and guests.

Challenge
The previous design felt outdated and difficult to navigate, with key functions often hidden on mobile screens. Users struggled to view dates and times simultaneously, and a lack of in-product navigation (like a back button) or clear system status updates led to frequent user frustration and drop-offs.
Solution
I implemented a sticky date picker for easy navigation and a redesigned time-slot view that displays availability alongside time zones to prevent errors. Additional features like attendee invitations, custom questions, and an "Open Calendar" button were added to enhance post-booking efficiency.
