Research with 30+ recruiters found that interviewers lack prep time, prefer external note-taking tools over the ATS, and often delay scorecard submissions due to high workloads. These bottlenecks stall the hiring pipeline and risk losing top-tier talent to competitors.

Solution

The tool features an Integrated Note-Taker that opens during calls and AI-Powered Refinement that cleans raw notes into professional feedback. An Evaluation Dashboard then compiles these insights, highlighting key strengths for faster, objective hiring.
